Coordination knot study
A drawing about how operational complexity feels before it becomes a clear shared map.
Coordination problems rarely look like a missing dashboard in the moment. They feel like overlapping conversations, duplicated explanations, and people carrying slightly different pictures of the same work. This sketch is about finding a shape that can hold those crossings without becoming harder to read.
One reason I like drawing these structures is that they expose whether an idea has any coherence before I formalize it in notes or process. If I cannot sketch the shape of the coordination problem, I usually do not understand it well enough to redesign it.
